(Aristotle 384-322 BC)\nIn the interaction of touching and being touched a common learning process is created\, in which the connection between body\, emotion and cognition is opened up and new ways of acting are learned. One experiences oneself again in one’s natural posture: charisma and resilience are strengthened – and joy of life! The basis for stimulating an inner change through external change\, to think anew\, to see development potential\, to trust one’s abilities – and the decision whether to change direction\, the path or simply the side of the road.\nThe Talmi-Methode® was originally developed for the training of performing artists and incorporates\, among other things\, findings from training in Bodytherapy®\, Japanese osteopathy and various Asian martial arts and has been tested in theatrical performance practice for many years.
