Any other spelling or use of the trademark is prohibited. The trademark must also be used in the same way in translations into other languages &#8211; e.g. Talmi-Methode\u00ae and not Talmi-Method\u00ae or similar remains in the English translation. The \u00ae sign must always be used under all circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>The registered trademark Talmi-Methode\u00ae may only be used with the <strong>written permission<\/strong> of Prof. Martin Gruber. The application for use must be made by telephone or in writing to the contact details given in Contact. The user must have <strong>written permission<\/strong>, which can be quickly emailed to the user if permission is granted.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not have written permission yet, but have been in contact with Prof. Martin Gruber for some time, or have been involved in Talmi Methode\u00ae activities for some time, you may have received verbal permission to use the Talmi Methode\u00ae brand.
