Notes on the Use of Trademarks

We are pleased that you are adhering to the legal obligation to use the Talmi-Methode® brand only in the following registered form:

Talmi-Methode^®

The brand Talmi-Methode® is registered at the German Patent Office under the brand no. 30 2017 103 069 for Prof. Martin Gruber. Any other spelling or use of the trademark is prohibited. The trademark must also be used in the same way in translations into other languages – e.g. Talmi-Methode® and not Talmi-Method® or similar remains in the English translation. The ® sign must always be used under all circumstances.

The registered trademark Talmi-Methode® may only be used with the written permission of Prof. Martin Gruber. The application for use must be made by telephone or in writing to the contact details given in Contact. The user must have written permission, which can be quickly emailed to the user if permission is granted.

If you do not have written permission yet, but have been in contact with Prof. Martin Gruber for some time, or have been involved in Talmi Methode® activities for some time, you may have received verbal permission to use the Talmi Methode® brand. In such cases, we ask you to contact Prof. Martin Gruber and obtain written permission afterwards.

IN ALL CASES, HOWEVER, THE REGISTERED TRADEMARK Talmi Methode® SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED EXACTLY AS IT IS PRESENTED.
